WHAT: Local Maryland alumni and the local community is invited to Maryland’s mechanical engineering department Research Review Day, featuring
-A Keynote Lecture by Jeong Kim, President of Bell Laboratories
- Panel presentations to follow by Rear Admiral Millard Firebaugh and Pat Hearn, Visiting Researcher from Ballard Power Systems
- Recent patents granted to ME faculty and technical disclosures by ME faculty and staff will also be on display.

WHO: Meet mechanical engineering graduate students and faculty for the poster display session (1-3 p.m.) to learn more about the latest innovations in systems research. Lab tours are scheduled at the same time where we will show cutting-edge Clark School of Engineering research in developing U.S. competitiveness, research centers, and the latest emergent science and technology.
