The Clark School offers its undergraduate and graduate students high quality, comprehensive support services-from academic advising to financial aid, to internship, co-op and career guidance, to student housing and research resources. Yet we do so in facilities scattered throughout Glenn L. Martin Hall, leading to confusion among prospective and current students, operational inefficiencies, and a suboptimal environment for working with recruiters. We seek funds to consolidate student service facilities through extensive renovation of Martin Hall or the construction of a new building or wing to an existing building.
A fully integrated Clark School student services center will help attract prospective students, ensure a superior experience for current students, and prepare students for their careers.
Your gift can help create or revitalize the student services environment in the following ways:
- Name a new facility for a gift equal to half the cost of the construction
- Name rooms or special spaces in the new facility
- Provide funds for equipment purchases
- Provide a named endowment to cover the costs of operating and maintaining a new building
- If renovation is the approach, name a renovated room or space when the gift equals one half or more of the renovation cost
- Provide funds to purchase modern equipment to outfit the renovation.
Visit the existing student services space and see first hand why new space is necessary to provide a warm and welcoming environment for students. Contact a Clark School development officer to discuss a gift to rectify this situation.
