ESC works in conjunction with the A. James Clark School of Engineering to host the Engineering Community Picnic on the front lawn of Glenn L. Martin Hall. Students enjoy refreshments while browsing information kiosks where engineering societies distribute recruitment fliers, display posters, and showcase projects. Between 750 and 1000 participants attend the picnic. The Engineering Community Picnic is the first premier event of the year.
