To establish cohesion between the officers, ESC holds the Officer's Social to give everyone an opportunity to mesh with each other and to share ideas and experiences on running a successful student organization. At the social, officers from the ESC and other engineering student organizations discuss strategies for success. At its conclusion, the officers have a unified voice with which they can accomplish their goals, and student organizations have had a chance to begin cooperation with one another on the year’s activities. The Officer's Social is held within the first two weeks of the fall semester.
